Engagements
Work is performed under a written proposal agreed by both parties. The proposal defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and price.
Payment
Invoices are due within the period stated on each invoice. Ongoing retainers are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you, including source code and documentation, except for third-party and open-source components under their own licences.
Warranty & Support
We provide a warranty window for defects after delivery. Continued maintenance and iteration are available under a separate retainer.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
